i have a mobile no. 8010883882 of reliance GSM. Nobody cant imagine how many services the company activated itself without any intimation to me.
i got deduction of balance more than 10 times in a duration of just a single month. story doesn't ends here. all this was happening when i gave information to company's customer care, nodal officer, and appellate authority via phone and e-mail.
i also visited reliance mobile store but they dont have any information that my balance has been deducted. they told me problem will be resolved in 2 days but after 2 days i got the balance deduction again.
moreover one more interesting thing. for balance deduction they wait for recharge. whenever i recharged my mobile with big amount they deducted the big amount and whenever there is lesser amount in mobile then less amount was deducted. even 3 Rs. balance was also deducted many a times...... all this is happening for the last 6 months.
please look the matter...... i will be thankful

hurrrrrrrrrrraaaaaaaaaaaahhyhh......... i got my money back the same day when i posted this complain here.... but my customer care no. are not activated till now...... i can make calls at *333 and 198 but when call forwarded to customer care executive, call disconnected..... moreover lets see till how many days they dont activate VAS without any request......

again today 30 Rs. has been deducted..... when i call nodal office they told me u made a request for hollywood VALUE ADDED SERVICE for which deduction took place........
But thanks to GOD... after arguments they returned my money back........
but the question is that when this harassment will be stopped....... is there any time line or money limit for this...... if RCOM is reading this please answer my question......

my cell no is 9555457871 and i had balance of around rs 110 but suddenly Reliance Gsm has cut it down to zero please help me out and if i try to call customer care then they don't pick at all. Is there any no. to call customer care toll free?

मेरे पास reliance का न. 9018675017 है जिस पर मैने 27.12.2011 को नेट के लिए रु. 99.00 का recharge करवाया जिसका sms भी प्राप्त हो गया था मगर plan activate नहीं हुया उसके बाद मैने customer care में फोन किया मगर उन्होंने मेरी सम्सया हल नहीं किया दुबारा फोन करने पर मेरा फोन काट दिया अब मेरा फोन ही नहीं उठाते हैं अब आप वताए मैं क्या करु

SIR,
don't you feel you should give answer of these two customers....
or they make a mistake by choosing your network.... i cant say anything about others but personally i feels so...... we all know you read these complaints everyday... but why dont you gave answer to everyone like airtel or vodafone....... or you feels inferiority by doing so.. i have read so many problems of other networks too..... but they give reply but not from your side.... if any customer complains here it means he/she does his/her best to contact you and then posted here...... but you barely answers... if customer doesn't contact you or not be able to contact you then why don't you contact them... isn't it good for your company and loyalty.... doesn't it enhance the customers trust in your company... or you wants to compare your company with any third grade company...

I am Ajit kumar from Patna dist . I am using the reliance no.-9334521054 from 25-July-2005 to till date. In this period i haven't faced any problem from this company regarding network,customercare etc. DND service is already activate on my number. This number is only used by me. No one members of my family & friend does not use my mobile. From 20-dec-11 the Astro Pack & sampoorn Jyotish pack (2 services) has been activated from company. I have talked to CCE more than fifteen time to deactivate this service. They only told that it will be deactivated in 24 hours. But from 20-dec-11 to till date it has not been deactivate. I am tired from customer care & web world to solve this problem. they have repeat only one thing that it will solve in 24 hours. I have not credit balance in my account due to this problem & i am not able to call from my number due to account balnce. when i have recharged my account the balance it has been debited by company. So please solve this problem.

they deducted 50 rupees from my account without any request of subscription. and if i call to *333 reliance customer care then no option to talk customer care executive.
they wait for recharge when i recharge they deduct huge amount.
they are not providing call & sms service since yesterday. call is not connecting to anybody sms is also not going even though i have msg card of unlimited msg and terrifof unlimited call.

please sir look into the matter and resolve it. i will be highly obliged to you

my mobile no. is 8010359188. i have recharged my mobile no. with 56 rs. sms pack today bt after 6 hr its sms pack is not working. what is the wrong with reliance sometime they cut balance without prior information. they autometically activate any value added service and started sending sms from "RM-WEB18" . i dont want this service. i want to deactivate this service.
and why my msg card is not working i m nt able to knw.

I've been using this network for the past two years and my no. is 9014224336,
Recently on 26th jan 2012, i activated Blackberry services plan BBPRBIS398 from my mobile and i'm using blackberry pearl handset.
As per this plan browsing is said to be free of cost but i've been charged for the same .I've lost charged rs.225 for 22.5mb. I'm really very dissatisfied with the services and the service providers are cheating the customers with faulty plans.
I have spoken to the customer care but none have provided me with the perfect solution.
I've been said that the services have been activated on the hand set but even then i've been charged for browsing.
