From my account Balance is deducting & deducted without any reason & even i am not able to call even after having sufficient balance if i am calling to 198 they are saying amount is deducted for browsing & if i am asking details they are not able to provide & to be very genuine I am not doing any browsing & even went to there office also so they are not taking my problem seriously.Dunt know what to do feeling helpless please help me out.
