I am Raman Sharma using reliance gsm number 9015672100 in delhi on blackberry bold 9780 mobile. On 8th jan I recharged my number with 222 and 20 rupee. Then I activated blackberry internet plan of rs 99 for 7 days on my number. After deduction of 99 rs in my account there were 118 rs. But after 30 minutes I got a msg that your balance is 5 rs. Then I called customer care but they told that they had raised a complaint and balance will be credited to me within 72 hours. But till now I didn't get my balance back.
