I use Reliance's GSM and CDMA number , I stay in Bhiwandi where once the reliance network was good. But since past 6 months the network is horrible. They claim as the India's number 1 network how can they claim when they can't provide proper service. There are situation when there is no service for hours. Yesterday itself I faced maximum calldrops.
I strongly urge you to stop claiming as no 1 network or Provide a better service.
This is the main reason the Reliance has lost maximum customers after the MNP has launched I am also planning to shift to some other network.

As I was going through the link you have provided that of facebook I have realised that there is no use on post there but still have post there also same complaint along with my contact number. let see what miracle will happen that can change the company's reputation.
