Hello Mr. Anuj (Nodal officer of RCOM DELHI/NCR),
I am a consumer of reliance GSM communications. And this is to inform you with deepest regret that I been undergoing the worst service experience from your company. The problem that I am being repeatedly been facing is ACTIVATION OF VAS SERVICES ON MY NUMBER WITHOUT MY PERMISSION/CONCERNS.

I had been facing the same issue repeatedly again and again since past few months i.e. UNWANTED ACTIVATION OF VAS SERVICES FROM YOUR END (AS I NEVER ENTERTAIN ANY PROMOTIONAL MESSAGES OR CALLS), and unfortunately every-time I call your costumer assistance executive I have to face the same procedure which goes as follows….

1. Either they hang up the call
2. If they entertain my call (which is their responsibility)…I get the same answer repeatedly “ sir our system is on update” for next 2-3 days.
3. Eventually when m pissed off and indulge in almost a verbal brawl (which I always avoid as much as possible) then they eventually refund my deducted money but still THEY NEVER FILE MY COMPLAINT REGARDING THAT ISSUE HENCE NEVER PROVIDING ME WITH REFERENCE ID OF COMPLAINT.
4. Most critical situation for them arises when I ask them “ WHO HAS GIVEN YOU GUYS THE PERMISSION TO ACTIVATE ANY UNWANTED SERVICE ON THE CONSUMER’S NUMBER WITHOUT THERE CONCENT?” to which they never have a answer.

So, after facing all these PREMIUM SERVICES and EXTRAVAGANT ASSISTANCE from your behalf I am dropping this mail to you as well as consumer forum so that you could at-lest take a look at the issue.
