my name is roushan kumar.my reliance gsm no. is 9555876841.this no comes in the delhi circle.my balance rps of 26 has been deducted for msg pack for 16 day ago.i have complained 3 times.complain no are as follows:163599919 (on dated 12/10/2011) , 1634683770 (on dated 11/10/2011) , 162688128 (on dated 28/09/2011).the problem is going on till now.i have made calls 10 times and every time the customer care executive (most of the time Mr. virendra kumar) told that the server is busy,system is not working etc.these type of foolish excuses are given by these customer care executive.due to this problem i am in a great loss.
plz tell me that who is responsible for this loss and harassment.


plz help me.i expect that consumer court should help me and resolve my problem.
