My name is Birender Singh and number is 9555283677.My complaint is that I had recharged with 99 Rs on 29-Jan-2012 at 11.52Am.This service Provide benefit to customer 3GB data uses for Internet.After recharge I did not get this service.When I call to customer careon 30JAN,2012. they said that your problem resolve within 48hr. After that my problem did not resolve.than I call again to customer care.they said your problem will resolve after some time and block my number from customer care.I am enable to connect to customer care.on 1-Feb in night I got MSG your problem is resolve and refund 2.8Rs.But same reason and no money came back.when I connect customer care number by another number saying that you has already used 3gb data.But 29,30,31JAN,2012 and 1,Feb 2012 every days bill was cuting from my number how is this possible that 3 GB data I downloaded in one hour and few secound because download speed is not so fast.than I call again call to care they are saying you did not recharge with 99 rs they also saying we can see only four days data then why did not resolve my problem.now they are saying I can not help who will help.who will give me solution or my money.I think this so cheap.they waste my time and money and no result.I can say only So Reliance service cheap,gatiya and low quality.Relince are makeing full to client.
