Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Mr. Anirban Das is harassed by Reliance GSM network (Gujarat Circle) and their customer care with the reliance mobile number 8306210406. In the month of January a massage came from reliance care no. RM-651234 on 21st Jan and 28 Jan announcing special offer for me. The contains of the massages quoted here, " Special offer only for you! Do total recharge of Rs 175 between 1st to 31st Jan & get Rs 15 Talk time FREE. " ; that's why I made recharge more than 175 in the month of January 2012. But no talk time is given to me. I called customer care many times for that but they said that they have no information about this because they have no data more that 3 days. So, they are unable to give me the balance and they are not taking any complain about this, customer care just ignoring me.
So, in this situation I am requesting you to take the necessary steps against Reliance GSM Gujarat, to solve the problem of my no. 8306210406. Also I am claiming compensation for that.
