My No. Reliance GSM Mobile 8899081763 is updated in DND since 23.12.2009.
Reliance Commnunication debited my account for Rs. 30 on 29.04.2010 and again Rs. 30 on 30.04.2010 for Jokes and Astro Pack. As per customer care, these services were activated thru ONB and bulk services and both are telemarketing call.... but I never recd any such telemarketing call because my number is registered in DND from Day1 of activation.

Pls. note that my no. is updated in DND since 23.12.2009 and no tememarketing call could touch my number so these services were activated from company's end wrongly & charges should be reversed but company is refusing to reverse may balance till yet after so many followups.

Pls. help.
