Purchased a Reilance GSM SIM on 27th June 2010. No signal in my home and many areas of delhi since day 1.
Regularly kept complaining to service desk / reliance web world. All complaints closed without informing me (now a total 10 instances).
Visited the Reliance Web World to close the connection, no help from them, they are not willing to close it, when i asked who will pay the bills they said problem will be resolved sir please give us some time. Now I have received 2 bills amounting to Rs. 500+ and in this duration only few calls have been made by me, that too when i am in an area where i can get signals.
If Reliance is not able to provide service, why it is selling GSM Mobiles?
They are running the most pathetic service desk / worst support organisation in Mobile area. All my office connections surrendered by admin department only because of their very poor services.
Now I have no option left but to take them to the courts.
