Sir,
Since last 8 years I have been using reliance gsm.But last couple of years it has been providing very bad service to us.Neither the custemer care number si getting connected nor the the custemer service is upto the mark.They are simply exploiting the people and their money.

Automatically the hello tunes,the message schemes and other servise get activated and when you talk to these customer care they simply say, we can not do any thing.Its ridiculous.
