I Jeen Jacob want to register a complaint against reliance service provider for deducting balance for unsubscribed services. My number is 09543541572, to whomsoever it may concern, i have nearly called 6 times in the last two weeks complaining to the customer care executive that i am getting reduced in my main account balance for unsubscribed services and they are not refunding the lost amount stating it as one day services. I am quite sure that i haven't done so. so please look forward into this and help me as soon as possible.
