I registered my complaint and after a long time, got a call yesterday on my number +919827587564. I had a long chat regarding my problem with the customer care executive. She said all these packs and other things have been closed for my number and accepted that it was a mistake, and gave me the waiver of my balance deducted. I asked her to not to start such services again, so she activated the DND service on my number. In five years I have never used this kind of services on my number, she agreed to it, and promised that this wont be repeated next time, but just after she just after she called, AGAIN MY BALANCE OF RS. 7 WAS DEDUCTED, THIS TIME ALSO FOR SOME TIPS. She gave me the waiver, but again the same thing repeated, that too the same day. Please get this resolved soon, and let me be away from consumer forum.
