Dear Sir,
This is not the first time when my balance has been deducted ie; Rs26,for monthly msg card activation annd it has been two days since den no message pack has been activated.On 18th of january,at 1:20am dis amount was deducted but facility was not provided.I made a complaint in reliance cutomer care and they gave me a complain no.-SR170569399.
and today ie; 21st of january I have received a message that no such amount has been deducted and ur complain is processed.
I am HIGHLY DISSATISFIED with this service.
There is No CARE of customer.

How can everyone give there number here cannot u find out by the docket number u provided by u all to solve our problems like in case of smriti its your duty to help by the dock u provided.every customer knows u are all frauds there and u manipulate the public.now its high time u provide us with proper resolutions
