I am an MNP customer migrated from Vodafone Kolkata and I am having the following problems since 25th November 2011 (56 days) and still having the same.
No Incoming calls
No Incoming SMS
No outgoing SMS
Call dropped while talking to customer care only.
Calling from any no to my no, it says “ You have dialed wrong number or this telephone no does not exist or call dropped automatically”.
On 25th November 2011 I have received an SMS from 55100 says “ The terminal cannot be configured remotely, please contact Customer support for further assistance “ and after that the above mentioned problems started.
Apart from that I have been prompted an error code like “ Rworld - 46’H.ME ERROR “ while I switching on the phone (Dell XCD28).
Complaints launched several times but no solution found till now.
