Respected Sir/Ma'am,

I am Kunal,I have a Reliance no 07814518090 in Punjab.Today31.01.12 in the morning i have a bal of rs/-53 suddenly i noticed that at evening the bal reduced to rs/- 23,I am very shocked, I called to the customer care, Mr. Jitendar picked up my call between 8.40-8.55
and didnt help me,and misbehaving with me,saying that this is an problem.I am very surprised to see this that Company Like reliance does'nt have a proper System.My friends are also facing the same Problem.

Please Look Into this Matter.
