I am using Reliance Mobile (CDMA-postpaid) having mobile No 9323433033 from last 3 year. One month ago i have given a request for conversion from postpaid to prepaid after 2-3 days they conviced me for stay with postpaid provided your problem will solve and will provide better service. they terminate my No for a week and then activate as per the instruction given by their executive. after 2-3 days they again terminate my number for no reason and still it is on terminate. i visited theit Webworld, contacted on call centre and email complaint having reference No 'ADAG=006-014-912', but they fail to activate my number.
kindly look into the matter.

Sir, I am a customer of Reliance Communication having mobile number
08088175511. With effect from (wef) 19 May 2010, I started receiving
jokes on my mobile from 56221 and subsequently on my request, the
service was disconnected wef 22 May 10. Again on 22 May 2010 at
05.13pm I received a alert from 3600 having low balance in my account.
When I equired from the customer care, I was told that IndZoom
service has been activated on my mobile whereas I had not made any
request for the same. I requested the customer care executive to
disconnect the service and refund the amount deducted on that account.
At 05.17pm I was intimated regarding activation of the service and
was advised to send message "Unsub 1397" to 155223 in case I want to
unsubscribe for the service. Accordingly, I sent the message to
deactivate the service. My msg was acknowledged and was intimated on
22 May 10 at 06.23pm by 155223 that status of my request would be
intimated shortly. When the amount was not refunded to me by 23 May,
I again requested to customer care and was assured that I will get my
refund within 02 days. However, no amount has been refunded to me
till date and time. Since a reputed company like Reliance
Communications is involved in unfair trade practives, I fear to recharge
my account as similar incident has been occurred to my another cell
i.e. 09590867402.

In response to my two emails, the company is not is not accepting their fault and intimated that as per their records SymMasalaJokes and IndZoom VAS (Value Added Service) pack was activated by Renewal and Vendor SMS process. The company is contending that since I have opted for activation of the pack, waiver cannot be provided.

In this connection, the compay can verify my mobile records held with me wherein no acceptance to such messages has been given by me and the company has activated the packages at their own and deducted the amount. Deduction a meagre sum of Rsd 30/- does not matter but my concern is about the irresponsible reply given by the company without checking/reconciling their records and cheating its customers to gain undue profit and extract money by adopting unfair means of trade.
