Dear sir/madam,
I am a consumer of reliance CDMA prepaid service and my no is 9324238068 Sir ,I am very sorry to say that your services are very poor for example unknown pack of caller tunes have been activated without my consent and an amount of 40/- has been deducted from my balance, it is not at all good.This has been happening past six months. When called to the costumer care they either dont take the call or fails to provide any proper assistance.Hope that you will look into matter and do needful. my no. is 9309304233 I have recharged my mobile for Rs.50 on17.2.2011 . I my terrif plan is 50 p/m Idonot use my phone but the amount has been deducted by co. and to day they show the balance of Rs.17.78p

Dear Sir,
My Mobile no. is 8905382350. We have recharged for Rs. 150/- on 18.02.2011. Then after without using the mobile the Balance is deducted Rs. 85/- till time from my mobile without any reason. We have talked with your customer care since last 3 days with vinita, Ankita (Supervisor), Bharat, Suryakant,and more but I regret that all are given same reply that our system is updating so we can not reply you. After waiting for everytime 10-15 minutes, no body is satisfying. We have so many time experience that we are never satisfied with your customer care. We have to day visited your Kalavad Road, Rajkot office and talked to Hetal, but she also cannot replied due to your system failure. How many times in a day, your system is updating? If I cannot get replied, I will be compelled to complaint to consumer court and use portability. Your early reply is awaited Pankaj D. Shah |

sir after i reach delhi from kanpur i cannot make any outgoing calls to any number not even the customer care i have to talk to many peoples but due to this problem i am unable to make any calls. Another problem is also there that my messages are also not going to any of the number pls help me very fastly in dis regard

Respected Sir,
I am Kartik Baishnab. I am a BSNL prepaid user and my no. is 9472174211. On 11-03-2011 at night I check my balance that Rs 30.00 was deducted from my balance but I never got any msg about this. When I call to customer care service they give me the Complain No- C11BR301151 and told me it will be solved ASAP. But till today it is on pending .Another on 08-04-2011 at noon I check my balance that Rs 30.00 was deducted from my balance but I don't got any msg. When I call to customer care service they told me that "I have subscribe a service from Bsnl but don't informed me about the service." I inform them I have not activated any services. Then register the complain and give me another complain No- D08BR422224, "while I didn't subscribe any such type of service & didn't knew about that mattar". Till now they not refund the amount Rs 60.00. When I want to know about these complains they reply it was on process but I don't get any positive response. So what can I do?. I am subscriber of above Reliance Mobile no. 9324068193. I have lost my mobile handset of LG company having above sim of above number. I have tried to locate it but I could not trace. I tried to dial on said number but no connection is found.

i am a consumer of reliance GSM prepaid service and my no is 7827218523.and my second no 7827763298 Sir I am very sorry to say that your serviceses are very poor for example 49combo pack have been activated without my consent and maoney has been deducted from my balance, it is not at all good. Sir ,I told costumber cear person plz deatived my pack and say please don't sent any call any message. i am already send message 24 04 2011 time 9.02 am my request no is 13086715970. sir plz cheak recoding i confrom one and more than costumer ceare person score they say there are no any pack. today 30 04 2011 time aprox 3.00 pm relince cut my balance . i contact costumber care sr.ex. mr. rohit and mr ragvan. but sir they say i have no information.plz look this mater aprox 10 time i fesh this promlem. i am already deativted this pack date on 24 04 2011 at 8.53 am. Sir if this is bussiness then i am sorry your cutomer will no longer be your cutomer . So it is my humble suggestion that improve your sevices and stop cheating your valuable cusomer.And get my money(which has been deducted without my consent) back otherwise i will be forced to tke help from consumer forum. i am sachin here n my number is 9313927494 viz of delhi circle. i am currently on roaming in mumbai and usng reliance india card of 650. i am able to make calls all over the india except delhi. i am facing dis problem since 1 may 2011.when i call any reliance cdma number of delhi after 11 pm then i can hear the voice of the person i called but that person is not able to hear my voice.this problem is occuring only on reliance number of delhi. i am able to make free calls to mumbai,up n other places but when i call delhi cdma number then it becomes one way. this reliance cdma really irritates me. i am really sick n tired of poor customer service n m gonna take strict action once i reach delhi. if u can den plz do look into the problem as soon as possible. Re : Complaint regarding auto deduction of charges for Downloading of R-World activation in mobile no.8882115590 Though the R-World has been not Downloaded from my side, a service charge of Rs. 10/- has been deducted from my prepaid deposit. And after that I talk to your customer care centre a girl named Nidhi and another person named Rajendra talk to me then after i told him/her that please transfer my call to your senior then he/her dropped my call on hold and they can not give the correct reason.I would request you to please pay back the entire deducted amount of Rs. 10/- and deactivte the pack and also no pack should be activated without my consent. In this connection, local Reliance Smart office at Delhi-NCR it's in ability to help the customer in this regard, else i will stop ur service like i done with my previous no.9718685448.& kindly improve ur customer care service, i was never able to connect to them. reg : updation of ID & ADDRESS PROOF Sir i am jaffer shariff i am using reliance CDMA CONNECTION from last 2 weeks. Before i was using MTS Connection recently i convert to reliance network but till now my ID & Address is not been updated for the No +919141000040 SIM No.RSN:RECRUC 038790402 i have already connect to reliance network from last 2 week outgoing & incoming is working. I have submit the documents 2 times in reliance customer care in THE FORUM Koramangala Branch Bangalore. Sir i am attending customer service Everyday there i have spoke to Mr. Kumar he telling that same problem is there for updations. I have send the mail for customercare@relianceada.com three times but no responce.Sir i request you to kindly update my ID & Address as soon as possible. this is to bring to your notice about the reliance outlet at m.g. road, opposite arora towers. (pune)
i had been there on 29.03.11 for changing my conection to a regular sim card. the employee (sandesh shinde) refused to give me change & was able to give to the other customers. on complaining & finallay managing to get change from outside (paying parking charge again), your employee threw the sim at me. i had even complained. the incharge person of the store was unavaliable. i was refused to talk to the store manager by another employee (poonam bhagwat). i was also told that some action would be taken for such behaviour with your customer, was any such action taken. please send me a mail for the same. anup oswal 9370024123 |

Hello,
This is to state that after every 5 days i am charged rs 20 by reliance on ground of mera wala gana which is really annoying me. I dont understand how come you people charge me for the service which i never activated. It was once activated by reliance then i called the customer care and he refunded me the money and deactivated the service but yesterday again it got activated. Is this the service you realince provide to people on false ground. I also had talk with the customer care but they hardly know anything as if they are illiterate. Really annoyed with the poor service granted by realiance and poorest service of the customer care who hardly know anything beside keeping us on hold and cutting the calls. Your services are totally not satisfied to me because of unnecessary deduction of money by showing different reason which is beyond of my knowledge. Answers given by your customer care was not based on any truth. This is 3rd times I am facing problem still no body take proper response properly. My problem is within a month my account balance was reduced for 3 times. When I contacted with your team regarding this they told that myself activated some special package which is very non sense answers. Who want to lose money in this non sense manner? The thing is that while they deduct money from our account we got only a message showing the account balance. So my question is that getting a message is the reason for which you people deduct money? If like so then my request for non to send any type of message from Reliance.
