Relience GSM service providers had deducted RS. 49 for an un-requested subscription "To Find A Friend" on 05th, July 2010 . We logged a complaint on same day, to which the customer care executive gave us a complain no. as 131075686 and they gave us a word to resolve the problem and would refund the money. On next enquery from my side, according to them they had sent a sms prior to deduction for subscription but I had not recieved any sms as such. On having complained, they just unsubscribed the plan but made no refund. On further enquiry from our side they informed that they would not refund and moreover our complain was closed as resolved.

Apart from that the customer care executive behaved harshly.

As customer I have lost faith and trust on Reliance GSM.
