Hi

I am getting frustrated with Reliance mobile.
From the past few months I am getting messages that i have been subscribed to some or the other packages like caller tunes, sms packs, sms chat etc. I called the customer care number of times but no resolution provided. They activate some pack without notice and deduct amount from my account. I call customer care to inquire but do not get any resolution, they simply transfer me to one department to other.

I want to launch a serious complaint against reliance mobile

Dear Sir/ Madam,
My name is Manish and i am from Delhi. I have a reliance connection in my mobile and my no. is 9555233823. I want to let you know that from the last 1 week i am facing a big problem with my network. I made complaint to my customer care executive so many times but every time they tell me that your complaint is being registered and within 24 hours your problem will be solved. But they never take any action and shows no seriousness towards my complaint. I request to you sir/ mam please help me and get my problem solved as soon as possible. My exams days are coming and i am not able to make a call to my friends for asking something and facing a big big problem. Please help me out of this problem.
