I purchased a new reliance sim on 8th
september,2011.

Inspite of submitting the documents 3 TIMES,the sim
is blocked and not getting activated.

I have contacted the area sales manager and
customer care people in reliance communications but
not getting any response from them.

I had done a 600Rs. recharge in that sim that got
wasted because the sim was stopped for more than 15
days.

So I would request you to look into this matter and
help me to get a solution.
Either increase the validity or refund the amount
of money lost in that period as it was not my
mistake.
