I had a plan for 1p/ message @ Rs. 19/ month. My Scheme was suppose to expire on the 30th May, 2010. So on the 31st May i got myself a refill of Rs 50 worth Rs. 43 of talktime. To re activate my Scheme i sent the activation message and the Scheme was activated with the balance being deducted. (confirmed by an activation message). In the night at around 1 a.m, my balance was further dedcuted worth Rs. 19. So i called up the Reliance Called up the reliance customer care. When i spoke to the Executive (Mr. Deepak and Mr. Aman Sheikh) the reponse was pretty ignorant and in an disrespectful manner. they claimed that no refund would be availed and they asked me to do whatever possible but i wouldnt get the refund.
So i would want a compensation from Reliance Communication Ltd. in respect of the same
