i have to inform you that i m the customer of reliance prepaid no-8000018902
every month the balance cut automatically;and we ask customer care they don't give any
type of answer and said to me i don't know anything.what can i do for this type of
behavior,i think i block my no and use another service.

my no.is 9595502102 and i have a reliance prepaid connection.the balance is everyday cut by rs.2 without any reason

I read so many complaints against Reliance here, so I feel I am not only one who is cheated by this cheating big boss. I took Reliance prepaid connection (9020128136, Kerala circle) in 2010 Jan and within last 7 months I had enough problems !!! I use this connection purely for calling and receiving with SMS functionality.

3-4 months back suddenly I received an SMS from Reliance saying 'your MVDO pack has been activate' and they deducted some money (Rs. 30/-). I gave a complain immediately and the customer care person replied me that it is me who has requested for the service and they can't give waiver. I wrote mails to their customer care higher ups and after a lot of debate they posted me the money back.

After around 1 month, I saw an SMS saying a caller tone is downloaded and activated in my account, deducting some amount from my account. I called customer care and they said it was done from Reliance side, and they refunded that amount in my account.

Again after a few days, I saw another SMS in midnight saying my MVDO pack has been activated and they have deducted some money. I called customer care then and there to stop this and take corrective action, but they say it is me who has subscribed that and they can't do anything. I wrote mails to their concerned customer care department to have no help, got the reply with same story.

May I say the Reliance is a Beggar or Mr. Anil Ambani ???

On 27th July 2010 again I got 1 SMS saying that my caller tune has been downloaded and activated. I called the customer care immediately to stop this and told my concern that I have not subscribed this. Got a service request number 132981941. I was expecting they will do something, but after 2 days when I didn't receive any kind of info, I called them and asked about this, the same story repeated that It is me who has subscribed this.

Here are my points:

1. They say it may be or your friend who has subscribed this may be by mistake.
By saying this, they mean mistake can happen by anybody on anything, so they can't do anything. The customer must pay. Disgusting !!!
I politely said, that it is my very personal number and nobody touches this. I am very careful about it I can't subscribe it by mistake even,if instructions are clear. I even never reply to their SMS and simply disconnect their promotional calls.

2. They say, Reliance does not have any control, everything is in customers hand.

So tricky are they!!!
The server is in their control !!! Here I doubt their software, in software codes anything is possible. When the software comes as an executable nothing is visible, but many such traps can be included in the codes with choice randomization. May be Mr. Ambani would have asked the software developer to gain a few crores from tricky codes.

by this Reliance is doing crime, it is a criminal industry, I don't know how they are surviving. They are cheaters, which is the worst ethic for a company. I may mention here, I am using Airtel service since last 5 years in Kerala without any such hitch. Once or twice there were some issue in bills and they solved amicably.

Reliance: The cheater and the worst company of the millennium. Let's see how long it survives like this.

Sir, if possible please do something, escalate this issue. I know I am wasting my time but I hate being cheated ..

On 12 Oct, 15 rupees were deducted from my account n when i called the customer care they said Sai baba Quotes service was activated and as such 15 Rs were deducted. I thought i mistakenly activated it. So customer care told me how to deactivate the service. I send a msg to stop the service n received a reply that the service Sai Baba was not active while customer care said its activated. 1st reliance cheated me here. I thought that let me forget all this n asked customer care to switch off the service from there computer. The service was switched off n i stopped receiving Sai Baba Quotes.
On 16 October, time :-11:45 pm, i checked my account balance and it was 40 Rs n then i slept. I had recharged my account by 50 rupees on 14th.
Next morning ie 17th October at 10:00 am automatically i received Sai Baba Quotes again and 30 rupees were deducted from ma account. 2nd time reliance network cheated me. please look into this matter. Today ie 17th October even the customer care is not receiving the call. This might me due to holiday.My no-8899230825
