I am Prepaid Customer of Reliance and using from last 10 months.
On 22-5-2010 I saw that a amount of Rs. 30 is deducted from my account. When i call the customer care number *333 they said that i had activate Love Tips service on my number. I request them to give back my balance then the executives said that they will forward a request.
Now on 24-5-2010 when i call customer care again to know about the refund then they said that we cant refund this service was activated by yourself.
Now just after ending the call i check my bal. then a sum of Rs.30 again deducted from my account. Again when i call the customer care they said that two services are there on your no. i.e. Nazrana Pack and Love Tips.I wonder that how is it possible that i m conversing with the cusmoter care and one more service is activated and the executives said that this is also being activated by you and we will not refund the amount.
I want my Rs. 60 back as there is no default of mine.

Easy recharge 77 is cheating the customers. Reliance modified plan without informaing the customers that very first call would cost them 50 paise whereas, by recharging with 77 rupess through easy recharge:

They are so cheat that untill customer knew abt it.. they will make crore of rupees and Anil Ambaani is quite far to hear the voice of customers:

On 26/05/2010 i take 77 rupess tarif plan , by recharging with 77 rupess through easy recharge:in this plan

- Call to any RIM mobile across india costs @20paise/minute.but from 1/06/2010 plan not workig and i complain on costumer care but they don't take any action plz take some action against them

Hello,
It is complain against reliance mobile customer executive responsible for delaying closing my postpaid connection.
I have my mobile connection with number 9312460759.I have requested it to cancel it to one of the customer executive in sector-18 noida. Have pay my last bill on 16/01/10 i have given written request to cancel my connection on the same day. Then After i got bill on the next month and Again i went for same executive and said what happen why i am getting bill though i have cancelled my connection in January.He has replied that i do not need to worry my number is cancelled and no need to pay bill.

Than after till last month i am getting bill without using my mobile.i have complain it again in last month and they said you do not have given any request to cancel your connection.I have said all the things they are asking for request number unfortunately i lost it.
I have given request again to cancel connection in last month.They have cancel it but now i get legal notice on 17th July to pay outstanding amount before 14th July for last six month that is Rs 492 which is cumulative sum of bill without use of connection for last six month. it is really strange i get notice on 17th to pay bill on 14th.

please suggest me some way to deal with this people to sort out this problem i do not want to pay bill which i really dot have used.

Reliance Smart is even Cheat People by modified plan without informing the customers
This Happens to me. I already recharge my smart no with Rs 77 on Sep 6 2010.
On Sep 14 I Call a RIM No. and charged 50 paise/minute as per my default Plan not 20 paise/minute.
When I Call Customer Care That why I Charged 50 paise/minute they replied you are in Roaming area so charged 50 paise/minute the 77 Plan only works in Home Network. But I replied that earlier I use it in Roaming and I always Charged 20 Paise. They Replied the plan is modified from today.
I asked them how could you modified plan without informing the customers.
They replied that SMS sent to all Customer about This.
I told them I don't Receive any type of this Information.
But they again replied that SMS sent to all Customer about This.
So I just told them I am really so illiterate that I call you after read the SMS and asking You why I Charged 50 paise/minute instead of 20 paise/minute.

I have recharged my mobile with Rs 30 nd got 25 as balance.
But after few hours it was just Rs 6 and I havnt activated anything so that my balance will be deducted.The customer care is not replying anything.
so please take necessary step.

On 09-11-2010 I saw that a amount around of Rs. 35 is deducted from my account. When i call the customer care number *333 or *222 they said this facility is not in your mobile.
plz return my ac bal in my moblie and show me why deduct bal in my no.

I was surprised that a more than Rs. 3/- has been deducted from my balance on 12-10-2011. It is happaning since 1 month ago. I am even not aware about the operation of the system in the mobile.

Hi this is Sree charan from hyderabad,my mobile number is 8099988065 recently 30 rs has been deducted from my number.when i contacted the customercare,they were saying that my documents were not submitted.i have a question,"how can the sim get activated without submission of documents?" and they have been deducting more than what they should actually deduct for sms..and after sometime when i tried contacting their customer care they have been saying that,this is not a valid number....what should i do....i thought that this is where i can get justice...so please go through it

Sir/madam,
Reliance prepaid GSM autometically deduct my balance. and when I ask the customer care executive they reply me "some website is DEDUCTING my balance."
But when I ask the website name.They are not able to answered my problem.
What can I do ?
this websites deduct 5/- daily from my account.
Please solve my problem.
