sir, i from rajnandgaon(c.g). i am using smart services of reliance communication here. company is cheatint its consumers regularly, many a times we go throurg customer care and local authorities here, but the solution is null. recently on 31st august 2010 rs. 49 has deducted from my a/c for the services i didnt apply.please take some serious action.i have full trust and faith on consumer forum.

sir myself paras from raipur having an smart prepaid connection,my house is near an smart tower then also i am not able to send sms and facing difficulties in having voice clear chat .since last 6 months i am facing this problem , i had complain about this to the customer care several times then also my problem haven't been resolved and the most disgusting thing about this company is that it nearly took me several hours and sometimes whole day to contact these customer care executives and when when my call is connected to this officials they asked me to hold the call and i was on hold for nearly about 15-30 mins then also no response was given and my call was disconnected by them automatically.

my humble request is that take a strict action against fake guarantee of 24x7 customer service.

sir, my sim has been deactivated inspite of the proper submission of all the documents ...it was a new sim taken only a few days ago the no is7879377834 . we recharged it also and it was running properly ..then suddenly today a message came that all my outgoing has been canceled or barred ...pls help me
