I am a Reliance GSM user my No. is 9861157698,

I have to sate that on 11th July in the evening I realised that my balance reduced by 10 paisa continuously then i spoke to customer Care and Customer Care told me that balance has been deducted towards a service related to GPRS however i never activated such kind of service. This is not the problem first time for me, I realized it before 2-3 months but I never found its solution. Now i request you to check this and please do the needful.Please give me the credit of my balance that had been deducted wrongly. I hope my problem will be addressed soon and an immediate action will be taken towards this kind of fault because due to this many customers would be suffering from same kind of problem. Please help me out.
