i have taken a sim of smart gsm two months ago. the sim has worked not for more than 2 weeks.then i visited the reliance office. they asked me to submit the formality.
In these two months i have submitted the formality for more than 5 times , but everytime i visit the reliance office they ask me to submit the formality again.
I have filed a complain in nodal office but there is response from that side.
