I m reliance user number 9681173401.Even after lodging a complaint against deduction of balance without consent on 03-02-2011 reliance smart sevice has not taken any necessary steps and has deducted balance of rs 10 from my account for the fourth consecutive time on account of reginol pack without my consent.
sir i belong to a middle class family and cannot afford this deductions every week.this behavior of reliance is not only an insult of a user but it also an insult of consumer court.
you are kindly requested to take strict steps against the misconduct.
