I am Naveen Sharma and my mobile number is 901751704.

I had reliance sms pack of rs 11. Before some day when the renewal date arrive, unfortunatelly i was not having sufficient amount. I recharged the number but having one day wait, the scheme not activated automatically, which in past happen automatically. So I activated it manually by choosing their plan.

They deduct Rs. 19 for the same but after few hours they also deduct Rs. 11 for previous plan.

I called customer care executives and he rudely replied its not their fault. You should have deactivated it before activating newer one.

I asked him how can you activate two services for the same plan(sms at 1 paisa cost). He again rudely cut the phone.

What should I do now?
