i am a regular reliance user & every thing was fine but now from a month i am facing lots of troubles as many services like callertunes, smsjokes,breaking news and more were automatically activated on my phone(i.e. i haven't sent any request for them) and charged me for that. when complained the customer care executive were unable to help me as they said that they can't register any complain regarding this and also can't refund my money.
now i am very helpless as i don't know were to complain now and how can i stop further such incidents.
