I was the regular user of relience data card X1 since long.I was happy with its service though it is slow in working.But in Oct 2011 i decided to terminate this data card service.So I make full and final settlement with additional paid in advance to terminate the data card.It was on 29th nov 2011.I got termination slip signed by the boy from relience mobile gallery. I was sure it is off now. Then in the month of Dec 2011 relience generated bill for me. I was shocked. I rushed to the gallery and enquired what was wrong.But nobody answer me properly But the boy again forwarded the termination order.But still there was constant call from custermer care for the bill.I agaain wend to the gallery and again the boy send the termination oredr. Now it is the month of Jan 2012. Relience still generate next bill and now it is a cummulative bill of previous month also.I went to the gallery talk to them and also the senior person from the custermer care but responce was not in my favour.What is the solution for such harassment.
