This is to inform you that I have received Idea bill dated 19-Jan-2012, (Invoice No. – 118560319) for my cell no. 8888828441.

In that bill again roaming charges of Rs298 was deducted as Mumbai Roaming. I am using a corporate plan under which Mumbai-Pune roaming is free of cost.

Last month the same issue happened and I paid Rs 544 extra. This month I made sure that my cell phone was on manual search mode and I have selected Idea.

Please explain me as to how these roaming charges are keep coming in my bill for cell no. 8888828441.

I have another Idea no. 8888806041 and I use the same manual search for both the cell phone.

So I am at a lost to understand that how in one bill I am getting no roaming charges and on another the roaming charges are keep coming back.

I have 3 idea numbers all total and I am frequent traveller to Mumbai, only this cell no. 8888828441 gets the roaming charges.

Please explain

This is the 2nd time Idea has charged for Mumbai roaming which is free.

Last month I paid Rs 544 extra for Mumbai roaming.

This time I am not going to pay any money.

I would request you to reconsider on the roaming charges.

This is the mail which has been written from my side to Idea.But no action has been taken from their end.This is the second time i have faced this problem.Idea telecom is fooling people by putting unnecessary charges in users bill and the best part is they are not really ashamed of it also.Idea is harrassing me and i cant afford to pay extra charges levied by them in my bill again.
