This is NagaSiva Kiran from Bangalore. Recently I took Airtel prepaid mobile connection with number 7760772068. The SIM not got activated for 4 days after purchase saying the Address/ID proofs are not clearly visible ( I submitted my PASSPORT copy as proof). They activated connection after one day after so many calls. Now I recharged with Rs.300. After 3 days they barred the outgoing calls without any call or message . Later i called the Customer care and said its because of the proofs again (A PASSPORT which i gave is very clear will not do for them?). After 1 day i resubmitted my Proof for 3rd time in Customer Relationship center at Cambridge Road, Bangalore on 10th of Jan 6.30 PM. they said within 3 working days it will be reactivated. After 5 days (3 working days included) on 16th of Jan the sim got invalid and called the CC. They said my number got recycled and balace amount got cleared because they are mismatch in actual and saved activation date(didnt understand this). Now I asked for my balance amount (which is 280+ after some calls to CC and others) they said it will not be possible. Please help me how to take action on them. And please please dont opt for airtel. Their CC sucks.
