I had given my samsung handset model GTC6112 on 10-5-2011 and untill now I haven't received it.Everytime I visit the service centre there is a new excuse with them for having not repaired my handset,it has been 21 days now and untill now i haven't received it.I had talked to the area manager also but till now I am not getting any satisfactory result.Even the service centre contact no. is also out of reach most of the time.I am quite depressed that I've bought a samsung electronics whose service is so bad that one can rate it in negative only.I am giving you the details of my handset please do the needful
