Dear Sir / Madam ,

This Mail is in reference to the IDEA postpaid connection ,which I have applied on 6thJuly'10 and My Address proof Verification has been done on on 7th july'10 . An executive ,who has done the address verification has told me that my new IDEA no. 09911998111 will be actived by today fortnight , but the same has not been done . So, i have approached to the executive of IDEA ( Ms. Kiran ) , she told me that No. will be activated on 8th july'10 by evening and Still the same has not been activated on that day also.
Then I have checked the same concern with their Customer care and they have updated me , that No. will be activated on 9th July'10 by 8pm ( as it take 48 hrs from the time of address verification done ) .
Then on 10th july'10 , I have again approached for the IDEA executive for the activation , at that time ,Mr. prashant has informed me that I have to submit one more photograph to complete the formalities .

First of all, Mr. Prashant (09911919293 )doesn't know , How to talk to their Customers ! He was very arrogant when He was talking to me . and Now,I Dont want this IDEA connection and want my money back Rs. 250/- which I have paid for the postpaid connection . I dont want to compromise also with the IDEA on this . I want to cancel my request for the Postpaid connection at the earliest .

And I Request to take action against Mr. prashant for treating their customers badly being into service industry ..

Some days days ago i was reading some blog about the global crises as it afects the global population grouth. You think this could be true and people make less children now in these hard period?
