It is brought in your kind notice that my self Sh Sanjeev Mahajan
Subs of ph no 98173-96000 whose sim has gone faulty . I approached to Local Dealer At Chamba (H.P) as well as to Cluster head Sh Salaish SRI Vastava on dated 22/06/2010 at 17: 00 Hrs .
Local dealer at Chamba asked me to submit FIR No As My SIM is not lost , but it is with me. Then why they are asking FIR no Then I detailed my problem to cluster head at Shimla , He also demanded the same FIR no

I would like to ask that as this number 98173-96000 is working since last three years for
Which dummy sim was issued to me last year on submission of ID proof then why after one year again ID proof along with FIR No is being demanded to issue the dummy sim

The cluster head at Kusumti at Shimla is not ready to listen my problem. He is saying me to go for consumer court or make comlaint to TRAI then only dummy SIM would be issued for 98173-96000

AS I would like to submit that as three years back mobile no 98173-96000 issued to me by Sh Ajay Kumar TM Chamba , same sim was damaged last year & again dummy sim issued to me by Mr Ashish Kumar TM & marketing beat boy Sh Viky kumar only after submitting ID proof then how it possible that this no 98173-96000 is not in the name of SH Sanjeev Kumar as intimated by Cluster head SH Salaish SRI Vastva at Shimla.

So you are requested to please issue me Dummy sim as soon as possible or guide us
Where to approach as suggested by cluster head Sh Salaish SRI vastva to approach court or TRAI
