SMART is a reliance GSM service , i am a user of Smart since 2006 and my number is 9827515561 residing at MORENA (MP). the call rate is 1 paisa/sec but from last few months i am being charged 30 to 50 paise more on every call i make. and the customer support in this region is very bad. whenever i try to contact to customer care , i got an IVR response saying all the lines are busy.
resolution would be appreciated
