I m not receiving any sms from any number except RIM numbers. i have called the customer care department 5 times. first 2 times they said that there is some network congestion which will b resolved shortly. 3rd n 4rth time they said tht there is some other issue which will b resolved within 24 hours but still nothing happend. 5th time the CCE said that other providers r not sending any msgs to us therefore we are not forwarding you the same. please note the all the senders do receive delivery report. this is fraud with the customers as from both RIM as well as other telecom companies. Serious action needs to be taken against. also the telecom ministry is responsible to allow such action by any telecom service providers.
