i had done an SMS offer on 31-05-10 at 3.00 pm for Rs.36/- and it was an offer for 360 free messages (both national and local).and it was just after a call i made today that i noted that i was being charged for almost 51 messages i send from that time.my balance at that time was 95 Rs and it has reduced to 28 Rs before i made the first call.i would like the amount charged to be refunded.my phone number is 9526334813.would you please do the necessary.
