my num. is 9825233855 i was using this num last 4 yrs it was postpaid connection every month my bill was above 1000 or near about it so planned to change it to prepaid so i called customer care and i said i want to change it to prepaid so the sales person given me one offer if i continue with postpaid i will get 100 local minuts absolutely free without any extra cost so like that offer and i agreed with that offer but after 2 - 3 months i went to the vodafone store at [ ahmedabad shivranjani cross roads ] and i met the sales person for change to prepaid connection from postpaid. i was told that i should pay outstanding amount of my last bill [ 750 Rs. approx. ] so paid that and also paid for the new sim card within 2-3 days my prepaid card will active but it was fake it wasn't active after 7 days it was only sms was coming from company there was no incoming or outgoing calls so i call customer care from my friends number and i was told that replace the sim card so i went to the store and i met the sales person said to me this sim card is suspended so i will not get the number back again ever i was shocked that how it is possible i asked so he said we dont know but ur number is suspended and it will not activate now i was help less what should i do.i have small distributor business and all work was on the phone and the number was dead so i too many business because of cheap cheap vodafone company.
the customer care guys of vodafone they don't have complete knowledge what they saying and giving solutions to the customers it so poor

for this vodafone should be punished. and i want the same number back
