Dear Sir/Madam,

I had some problem with my Sony ericsson W705 set(Upper key pad was not working). I have handed over at the authorised service centre of Sony Ericsson for repair ( Numeric Communication Services #25/1 Srikanta Mahal, 1st Cross, Sampige Road, Malleshwaram Bangalor- 560003 Ph No: 23445213) on 14/06/2010. They told that there is a cable problem it will get resolved in one day. Now it almost 2weeks still i haven't got my hand set repaired. When ever i call. I'm not getting the proper response, they says there is no stock, it's hectic.
