    at toll free call center, they will refer you to any of their local area manager, who will again entertain you like you were being treated earlier. the whole chain is irresponsible. i am facing all this, but what to do?

    Hi i am vijay, Past 8 months i am using spice mobile , Past two days i am unable to receive any incoming calls, but the problem is in spice mobile only . Please kindly let me know how to resolve that issue

    My self jitu.i using spice mobile from last four month. I purchase spice mobile its a mistake of my life. Spice authorised service center provide very poor service. custmor dealing is very bad. I made repuest to spice mobile concernd department to cheak the record of their service center in sonepat Haryana.or if u not able then please send me the Adress of law department.spice

    Default complaint regarding overdelay in service at your indore service centre

    Model M5252

    submitted at the service centre of Indore (Excel compu. zone,PIN code-
    452001) dated 14th sept 2010. Inspite of our several telephonic and
    persopnal enquiries, no satisfactory action is taken wih reference to
    the handset problem.
    Interaction at the service centre was with the incharge of Excel
    compu. zone,PIN code- 452001 named Mr. Laxman Thakur and Mr. Ashwin
    Tiwari.

    25 days limit has already passed. Kindly check your services and
    respond to our problem. Please confirm your action and update it at
    the same email id.

    hi, i m pooja,n i have the same problem from past 5-6 days..i m unable to receive any incoming calls,but only in spice mobile..

    My moblie always gets switch off..i dont know the problem..it was from the day when i got this mobile(spice M 6363).....it was not giving so much problem when i got it but from last 3 days it is giving this problem ...please sir look into this matter..i love my moblie very mush as it has good application,dual sim,dual memory.. you can also contact me on 9096206686...please..sir look into this matter please ..thank you

    Hi Sir,
    I bought a spice hand set Qt55 from Home shop 18 .but from one later .i am only visiting to the sevice centre and ,problem is that every time is showing the Invalid Sim ,i had vistist the the service centre 7times they had repair the the my mobile but this problem is creating times to times ,

    Hi.. my name is sawan naik from goa.. i have purchased a new spice QT61 handset just two days back... the problem that i face is everytime i open the files manager - my music folder, i get a message on the screen that "MSDC read sector error".. i am facing this problem even if i try to open the image viewer folder.. pleaes help at the earliest..

    Do write to their customer care at customercare@smobility.in. They would help. It is one of the best responsive customer care in industry. Be specific about your IMEI number, contact details and Service Request number. They would respond within 24 hrs with resolution already initiated.

    There is no details of problem mentioned in your query. How can somebody help you in giving you a suggestion. What model you are using and what is the solution you want. You can also contact toll free number

    I WAS COMPLAIN BY PHONE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER ON 26/12/2011AND SERVICE CENTER GIVEN COMPLAIN NO-5990.

    AFTER 11 DAYS (ON 5/01/2012) WHEN I WAS CALLED AGAIN THEN CUSTOMER CARE PERSON SAYS YOUR IMEI NO IS NOT MATCHING, I AM GIVEN AGAIN IMEI NO.
    AGAIN YOUR CUSTOMER CARE GIVEN ME COMPLAIN NUMBER 6076.

    IF I WAS NOT CALLED YOUR CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER THEN HOW TO GET INFORMATION MY IMEI NO IS WRONG AND YOU HAVE STOPPED WORKING ON MY MOBILE.
