today Rs10 has been deducted from my balance for the renewal of msg service named "love guru". bt i don't have activated this service n ur cca are also unable to give any detail regarding the activation of this service. And when i m talking to ur exclation person Devender, he said that he is transferring my call to someone his senior(TL/AM) bt actually he disconnected my call. when i call again Ramesh also done the same he also disconnected my phone. so i want quick n strict action on Devender n Ramesh. Also refund the money in my balance within 24 hours or i will made a complain in consumer forum......
