On 27th May,suddenly I received an sms on my Vodafone connection,giving an ad for Cricket alerts. I deleted the sms & declined the offer.2 minutes later,I got an sms,announcing that cricket alerts has been updated on my mobile for which 15 rs have been deducted from my account.I connected the customer care service but they refused to pay my 15 rs back.Not only that,a Vodafone customer care employee,Nilabjya challenged me to go to consumer forum when I threatened to flash this anomaly in the media.Is this the standard of aVodafone.He refused to transfer the call to higher authorities ,saying that they were busy on other calls.This Nilabjya accused me of activating this cricket alerts service on my mobile when I am not even interested in cricket. I am interested to lodge a complaint against Vodafone to consumer court & I \sincerely hope the concerned authorities willtake necessary steps to rectify my problem & return my hard earned money. 15 rs was deducted from my a/c without any reason & I want only that amout to be returnes.Anamika Ghose
