i m using Tata Docomo GPRS service for a long time but from last 2 months it is not working properly, its not giving speed properly, i complaint about it many times but there is not any solution i got. speed is very slow about to 30 to 40 kbps, and also break the link regularly. only morning and night time its give near about 100kbps speed. when ever i register complaint against it customer care executive replies sir withing 2 days ur problem resolved but it not resolved after many complaints on the customer care so pls take immediate action and resolved the problem.
