I put a mail again to them informing them the same but to no use the service is still active and they have closed the complaint with the comments that the complaint has been resovled.
I want this service to be deactivated as soon as possible as for no use every week TATA docomo is cutting Rs 10 from my balance

Hi,

Am facing lot of problem as this Love quotes sms alert was activated by fault and now i really dont need this damn.If am trying to deactivate this by calling 155223, it tells am not activated any sms service.By then why am still getting those smses and they are charging for that.Am really sick and tryed of this.Please do the needfull at the earliest.

I have a telecom connection with TATA Docomo no 9035033437 prepaid connection.On Thursday 06-01-2011 day i got a message informing that my cricket match day pack successfully renewed for that day and 5Rs they charged, when i have not send any messages or called for the same. I called up the customer care 9036012345 and told me that thier server is down and cause of which they cannot deactivate it. In the meantime i am receiving sms of cricket match day pack .I called up the customer care again on 08-01-2011 in the morning around 7am and informed them again but to vain they did not hlp me in this. They said me they have deactivated it at that moment onwards i am not going get any msg.But on sunday 09-01-2011 morning i got msg informing me that cricket match day pack successfully renewed for that day and 5Rs deducted from my account.I called 54321194,155223 no help.I called those no it is telling me that that they are processing my request.So could u plzdeactivate it.

I have a telecom connection with Tata docomo no. 9045925813. I am receiving unwanted cricket alerts since Tuesday last week.I NEVER ASKED TO ACTIVATE THE PACK. That day I received a message that I had successfully activated the cricket pack. I was charged Rs 5 for that. I immediately deactivated the pack. On Thursday I again received the same message. I deactivated the pack and called customer care no. 121. In the whole conversation the person was trying to convince me that i have knowingly activated the pack which was definitely not true. Anyway an amount of Rs 5 was credited to my account and he assured me that cricket pack will be activated only if i will subscribe to it.On Saturday, again Rs 5 were deducted from my balance.This time I didn't receive any message on activation but directly the cricket alerts.On Sunday Rs 5 were again deducted from my balance and I was receiving the match alerts non-stop. I deactivated the pack with the help of message received on Thursday and called the customer care no.121. This person was not very cooperative .In fact he was a very very rude person. He was blaming me for the activation. I asked about the procedure of activation. First he refused, then he told me certain number which he said that I dialed to activate the pack. I was hearing that number for the first time . I asked him to reimburse the money and not to activate the pack in future without my permission. I got Rs 5 credited to my account. Today at 6:00 am, I again found my balace reduced by Rs 5. I didnt receive any activation message until 9:00 am. I NEVER ASKED FOR IT... I have deactivated it. I am not left with the energy to call customer care and get engaged in a heated conversation with some rude and ill mannered guy. I AM LEFT WITH Rs 3.88 IN MY ACCOUNT. I want those Rs 15 back in my account and no unwanted activation in future. OTHERWISE I'M NOT IN A HURRY TO RECHARGE IT AGAIN..

Please de-activate all the service packs from my mobile number and please do not activate from your side (without ask/request from customer). I hope the deducted money will be back to my account ASAP.
