I was done online recharge using my IDBI Visa Debit card throw www.tatadocomo.com/Online-Recharge dated 12.01.2012 of Rs.175 & 135 on mobile number 7204410712 but 175 recharge successful but another recharge 135 not successful. regarding this matter i was complain in IDBI bank and also complain in Tata Docomo customer care but both of bastard not give me satisfactory answer
Tata Docomo take my complain regarding this matter 3times but not solution yet now


My IDBI bank account number is 0041104000350990
custemer id is 72800868

and idbi bank also take complain but he told me u contact nearest branch but i a now ilkal karnataka ,here is no nearest branch nearst branch is 200 km hubli and 150km hospet. so i cannot able to visit branch.....idbi not take online complain, he told me written complain , why written complain for online transaction

so take necessary action and please give me solution
