Hi....i had a terrible experience in TATA DOCOMO services that we had been requested to portal from Relaince CDMA to Tata Docomo CDMA and we had specifically marked as CDMA in the given form from the distributor(yelahanka,Bangalore) and waited for 10days but there was no progress, after 10days when we used the SIM it was shown as Tata Docomo GSM, we had called customer care-121 tatadocomo there gave worst reply and hopeless care for customer, not only like us there are many who are facing worst worst customer care from docomo and when we had been for enquiry with an docomo outlet in jayanagar 4th block,Bangalore, there was no one to take care of customer, if we ask personally they told it just happen sir pls wait for another 3 months, we are fine with it but we are highly disappointed for the way they treated in Customer care services... i would kindly request you to take action against it, hope you will understand the feeling hurted hearts & solve our terrible problem.
