    I am a tata docomo user.i am unwillingly subscribed to live arti services without my knowledge.i want my refund of Rs.30 in my main balance which got deducted for this service..i also want to unsubscribe from this service.....because of this i am not refilling my accont.since the balance gets deducted as soon as i refill..

    Dear sir/madam,
    iam shreejit from thane .my mobile no. 8976301195.
    I wanted to report about the live arti service which activated on my number without my approval.i had such problems earlier too.balance of Rs.11 is been deducted for my main balance every week, due to which iam not refiling my account.when i called cc the executive was not willing to accept that this service was activated without my consent and the service has not been deactivated till now.iam really very worried now.i want to deactivate this service as soon as possible as well as get my deducted balance back.
    Plzz help me & look into this issue as early as possible.

    As u know TRAI blamed u for giving away 3G internet using these methods:

    Please block these two methods and ask TRAI for giving 3G network back . Other ISPs are getting forward than u.
    I am already tired of no 3g network .

    TATA DOCOMO,

    I am receiving sms of a service called as Tata Docomo Dive-in Portfolio Manager along with which there was a link (which does not contain any terms and conditions or any charges).I call customer care and they giveme some number to call but it is not useful for me.many of rupees get deducted yet.i have tried many possible ways but no use except loosing balance for the delay
    waiting for your repli pls refund the amount and deactivate the service.
    Please help me regarding this

    Default unnecessarily activation of unwanted service by tata docomo

    Dear sir/madam,
    My mobile no. is 7200109550
    From 1 february tata docomo has activated some mobi masala plan and they are deducting Re.1 daily. I talked to tata docomo customer care at 9th Feb, they said it has been deactivated and from the money will not be deducted and the case was closed. But again it got activated next day and from that day again money is deducting..

    I talked to the Customer care they said they cannot deactivate the service and this type of service is not activated automatically only customers do and then blame service providers and hence money cant be refunded. They said for deactivation you should send a sms "STOP" to 155223 and then it'll be stopped. after doing that so many options came and hence it is not deactivated. Also Customer care people were behaving very rudely, i asked them to be polite.

    So, i want to deactivate this service and also want my money back.
    Please help me to get this issue resolved.

    Default De-Activate My caller Tunes

    To tatadocomo operator,
    Some how one day my caller tunes got activated by mistake and from then on my balance is deducted regularly. I try in vain to deactivate it by calling customer care and the computer says it found no services on my number. Some times it says you will receive a message shortly but never. My phone no : 9032640900. I will be grateful to you if you please deactivate it or it is creating such a mess. Even if there is very little balance it says 5 rs is cut for 5 days. Please deactivate my caller tunes.

    Default 2 unwanted deductions, but only 1 refund. + lies from CC

    I have been using DOCOMO since July 2011. My no. is 9035202365, i use it in Manipal.
    On 30th January, i suddenly got a message saying some FUN FACTS pack has been activated, rs. 30 has been deducted. I immediately contacted CC, and they immediately refunded under refund request no. GBL0922150756.
    Till this point, i was very satisfied with DOCOMO.
    Then, just 2 days after this incident, on 1st or 2nd feb 2012, another deduction was made, this time for BEST 50 pack. Again i called CC, and they told me i would get refund of rs. 30 in 4 hrs. I called again next morning, to ask again for refund as i had not got it yet. They said again that it will take 6 hrs., and gave me a new refund request no.: GBL0922501567
    i called again after 10-12 hrs., as i had still not got refund. The CC people always agreed to give refund, as service had been unwantedly activated, and TD's website guarantees refund against such cases. ALL lies. This time, he asked for 24 hrs to give refund, as "He had sent the matter to his seniors". I called after 36 hrs., still no refund - another 24 hrs., required. this time, a Mr. Madhusudhan answered, and he committed that i would get refund in 24 hrs.
    I called AGAIN after 48 hrs., and this time, a Mr. Santosh told me that i had already got refund on 30th december. I made it clear that the earlier refund was for a separate deduction. HE then told me THAT THEY WILL REFUND MAXIMUM 30 RS. IN 1 MONTH.
    What nonsense is this? DOCOMO can deduct 100 rs if they want in 1 day, but refund only 30 rs in a month?
    He then went on and refused to give me a refund.

    Next complaint: it seems a customer can contact docomo sales executive only once in 24 hrs., after 1 time all executives are perpetually "Busy". This again, is contradictory to the website, which says we can talk directly to executive (yes, my usage is atleast rs. 300 monthly, >> rs. 30).

    I again request the DOCOMO people to be honest and refund my money. I do not understand why docomo has to steal rs 30 from everyone.

    I've had enough. Today, at 9:19PM your stupid network activated "News Pack" at rs1/day. And I was instructed to call up or sms "Stop NewsOne" to 155223 to deactivate, to which on being msg'd I got a response "Wrong Keyword", when I called up your retarded automated number, I was told that I dont have any services activated. Even though money was already debited from my account.
    2 Weeks back, Rs.30 Was deducted from my account for another stupid pack of yours without any msg/call or ANY action on my part. Which I immediately deactivated, for which I lost Rs.30. Do you think we customers are stupid? Your retarted network doesnt even have 3G now, it takes ages to connect to a tower[No, my cell phone is perfectly fine, I checked with a Blackberry, Nokia,SE and each of them takes at least ~1min to catch a signal when just switched on) I dont get reception in half the places, I live in Mangalore, Its a CITY, so dont give me any bullshit about not having towers here.
    If I am not refunded the money which was stolen by your company, I will be approaching the consumer court, Not for the money owed, but to teach thieving companies like yours something known as business ethics.. I have all the time in the world to pursue this..

    One Suggestion to All guys I was facing similar issues every now & then So I went for DND & strictly insturcted TATA DOCOMO neither to activate any packs nor to direct any marketting calls to my number>

    Yes, go for DND & ask TATA DOCOMO not to contact you in any case.

    Still no updates on this... And the customer car is unresponsive as wello. When asked for a tracking number on the complaint, I wasnt given any response from their side. And their support staff on this site says that they have forwarded the complaint to bla bla bla when they actually dont do anything.

    Update:
    I was issued a refund Rs.12 when, infact, Rs.31 was debited from my account. What the hell is this?? Do you think that we subscribers are dumb? And just FYI, The stupid services which docomo activated were deactivated by me within 30 seconds of it being activated. So dont give me any BS of usage charges..

    Hi, my number is +918122852875. Four days back i got a message tellin that "you have been subscribed to interview preparation tips" & 15 rs was deducted. I then sent a msg sayin "stop" to one no. Which was given in that msg. Then today again i got a msg sayin "you have been subscribed to VOV on DIVE-IN WAP at Rs 5.0/- till 07-04-2012.Dial 155223 to STOP.Balance Rs.9.558 at Fri Apr 06 19:18:07 IST 2012". What am i supposed to do!!! Even if i call 121 i am not gettin a proper reply or contact to a customer care person to talk with! Now i want the present 5rs + the previous 15rs credited To my account and the unwanted service to be deactivated immediately for which i did not subscribe at all!!!!!!!!!

    Default Tata Docomo is stealing Rs5/day for a Gamesclub plan that I never even subscripted!

    Since the last month,a message from Tata docomo showing - (Hi! Subscription to Gamesclub has been renewed at Rs 5 upto 09-04-12 for 1 day(s).To Stop,Dial 155223 (tollfree).Bal: Rs 16.11 at 4/9/2012 1:50:28 PM)
    I have never subscripted for this,I tried the number given above but it doesn't work..pls Tata Docomo stop the Gameclub subscription which i never subscripted before & give a refund for my stolen balance money.

    After I filed the complaint the messages have stopped but somedays still Rs5 is been taken.
    Pls Tata docomo stop this completely,now no messages is coming but still Rs5 is been taken.

    I hav called cc 2 times,they jst we will deactivate it,and they are not deactivating it..

    Can you please look into my number-- 9038056726

    caller tune services has been activated on my mobile without my consent and 40 rs(25+15) has been deducted from my main account balance. I never requested for activation of the caller tune service. It has been done today i.e 25/04/2012

    Could you please deactivate the service and refund the money back to my account?

    I am new customer of tata docomo and i don't think that it is a good experience.

    I hope that my matter will be treated urgently
