    Default To deactivate service

    I am a customer of tata docomo prepaid services. The Weekly Kannada Regional Love tips alert service was recently activated without my concern and money was deducted from my balance.. I complained to many addresses and after a long time the service was stopped. But now again the same pack was activated without my concern and I hav lost my balance in the same way.
    This is not at all done. Every time I somehow get the unwanted pack deactivated but it somehow gets activated on its own.
    Just because your company is in need of money, it does not mean that you have to squeeze your customers money.
    The same way there is no need for a customer to get stressed and frustrated because of the service providers.
    This is the last time that I am patiently sending a mail. The next time some thing like this happens. I will surely disconnect the connection and will take up this issue with the higher authorities.
    Hope you guys take this matter seriously and do the needful.

    Please deactivate portfolio manager from my no. 8097285873 . Its been more than 7 weeks that i have been complaining to customer care , but it was useless, they could not deactivate it till now. I was charged 10
    Rs for each week and i expect it to be refunded..

    I usually use 160by2.com link on my mobile to send messages.Some days back i used the 160by2 and when the message was sent I was again going to press the compose button but above it was some game link as an advertisement or something which was pressed instead of compose button.The link was of some game.But i immediately cancelled the activity.Within seconds i got a message."Thank you for downloading java game.You have been charged Rs.99".What the hell the service is? Some days back also the same thing happened to me and i was charged Rs.30 at that time.I need a refund.What kind of service is this that you immediately deduct money without informing customer about its charges which in my case is done by mistake.I need a refund as it is big amount for me.Please reply as soon as possible.

    i am M.venkatapathi raju, +919885533979. i am a port-in customer from vodafone. i am not at all satisfied with docomo. You are charging people for unwanted stuff. i got message about portfolio manager which has a link embedded, it doesnt even say about any monthly charges, or terms & conditions etc. I just wanted to know about it, so clicked the link. i have been charged with an amount that i dont remember. this is a game, isnt it?
    that message which i got doesnt even say about any charges, but you are charging people. i got anohter message including a deactivation link, but that doesnt work at all. i clicked it, but i wasnt unsubscribed from that.

    i am warning you not to repeat such idiotic ideas of sucking money from people. now deactivate that portfolio manager and give me back my money immediately. i m already charged twice for that. repay my money back and deactivate it before i take this complaint to consumer court.
